This PPP project involves the eco-friendly renovation of six dormitory buildings as well as the construction of two brand new residential towers and commercial centers offering a wide variety of services for students. The dormitories are designed with ample public spaces for staff and visitors, and the construction adheres to eco-friendly building standards.
This project is being carried out in cooperation with Electra Construction, Electra M&E, Electra Elevators, and Electra Danko and will be operated by Electra FM.
