Located about 20km from Beer Sheva, the IDF's NIS 5 billion
training campus includes 250,000m2 built up across a 2,600,000m2 area. Electra, in cooperation with Minrav and RAD-Bynet, is constructing the complex, as well as financing, designing, operating, and maintaining it for a total 25-year period. With a focus on sustainability and eco-friendly construction, the project makes use of recycled water and solar energy. Following its successful completion, the project is now in its O&M phase.
