Electra played a key role in the financing and construction of this 22-floor, 18,000m2 tower and will be operating it for 21 years. With a NIS 450 million budget, the building includes offices, courtrooms, conference rooms, a jail, reception area, restaurant, and library. The eco-friendly building has been carefully designed for efficient use of water and power. Following successful completion, the project is now in its O&M phase.
